One turkey is done and the other will be done in about fifteen minutes. Then we have to cook the stuffing and sweet potato casserole, which have been cooked somewhat already. They only need about fifteen minutes of cooking too. Once that is done, it will be time to eat! Oh, and the potatoes are in the pot cooked waiting to be mashed. Update: Just mashed the potatoes and everything else is cooked. We are about to carve the turkey and eat! Happy Thanksgiving from Japan!  

It wasn’t ideal, because my wife wasn’t with us the entire time, but it was great nonetheless. Denise spent much of her time down at her mom’s in Monrovia and her brother’s place in Rancho Cucamonga. Currently, she is in DC with her mom and sister-in-law visiting the capital for her first time seeing the sites, monuments, museums and so forth.
