Celebrating Christmas at Ponga and Kotoko’s House Today

We don’t have any relatives out here this Christmas, but we do have some good friends we can celebrate Jesus Christ’s birthday with!

Today, we are heading over to their house for a party with them and a few other close friends from church. There’s nothing better than celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ! While we try to celebrate His birth 365 days a year, Christmas is a hair bit more special since we are focusing more on Jesus’ birth and not the fact that He died on the cross and was raised from the dead to save anyone who asks Him to be their Savior from sin by trusting in his sacrifice.

I’m making lasagna and a sort of Greekish salad for the party. I can’t wait to get there and eat! I’m hungry already! Oh, if you could smell the lasagna cooking now…
